Starters

Confit Duck Bon Bons
Confit of duck leg, bound with spring onion and potato, breaded and deep fried. Served with a celeriac purée and a red wine and juniper jus.

King Scallops
Pan fried King scallops, served with bury black pudding, pea puree and micro-herbs.

Baked Goat’s Cheese (v)
Goats cheese in a pesto and herb crust, with pickled beetroot and a beetroot sorbet.

 

Main Courses
All served with seasonal vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes.

Fillet Steak Rossini
6oz fillet steak with chicken liver pâté, served on a sea salt crouton with a Madeira jus.

Seafood Bisque
Crab ravioli, lightly grilled fillet of sea bass and crevettes, served in a lobster bisque.

Belly Pork
Roasted belly pork, served with caramelised baby apples, black pudding fritter and a Calvados jus.

Butternut Squash & Fig Tart (v)
Roasted butternut squash layered with brie and fresh figs. Served with a caramelised red onion chutney.

 

Desserts

Chocolate Cup
Triple chocolate brownie, fudge pieces and Bailey’s cream, served in a chocolate cup and an Oreo crumb.

Strawberry Shortcake Mille-feuille
Layers of fresh strawberries, shortbread and Chantilly cream. Served with a red berry coulis & fresh mint.

Cheese Board
A selection of farmhouse and continental cheeses, supplied by William’s of Sandbach. Served with apple, celery, grapes, red onion marmalade and crackers.
