Burn’s Night Specials


Cullen Skink
A chowder of Scottish smoked haddock, onion and potato. Served with crusty bread and butter.

Scallops & Haggis
Pan-seared scallops and haggis served with a pea puree and pea shoots.

Game Terrine
A homemade terrine of rabbit, pheasant and duck wrapped in streaky bacon. Served with a fruit chutney and toasted onion loaf.


Highland Pie
A hearty homemade pie of haggis and ‘neeps’, with a ‘tattie’ and mature cheddar cheese top. Served with seasonal vegetables and a whisky gravy.

Fillet of Scottish Salmon
Lightly-grilled salmon fillet, served with crushed new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a lemon & dill sauce.

Haunch of Venison
Char-grilled 31 day matured venison medallions, served with a confit of smoked bacon & shallots, fondant potato, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus.


Scotland’s answer to trifle-toasted oats folded with cream, fresh raspberries, golden honey and whisky.
